How to delete your Instagram data
LinkSosyal only stores the data from your connected Instagram professional account that its automations need. You can delete it at any time in one of these ways.
1. Delete inside the app (recommended, immediate)
Log in to LinkSosyal → Profile → Security → "Delete my data" → press "Delete Instagram data" next to the account twice. The access token, DMs, comments, automation history, contacts that came from Instagram and raw webhook records are deleted immediately.
Go to Profile → Security →2. Remove LinkSosyal from Instagram (immediate)
Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → LinkSosyal → Remove. Meta sends us a deletion request; we delete all your data immediately and you get a confirmation code on this page.
3. Disconnect Instagram
Profile → Connected Accounts → "Disconnect". The access token and all Instagram data of that account (DMs, comments, contacts, automations) are deleted immediately.
4. Ask by email
Write to merhaba@linksosyal.com from your account email. We complete the request within 30 days. Use this route to delete your whole LinkSosyal account too.
When is it deleted?
