1. How and When the Service Is Delivered
Once your payment succeeds, the plan you chose is applied to your account instantly (within a few minutes at most) and shows in your dashboard. A confirmation is also sent to your registered e-mail address.
If your plan is not active within 24 hours, write to merhaba@linksosyal.com with the payment date and your account e-mail; we resolve it within 2 business days.
2. Physical Shipping
LinkSosyal never ships physical goods and charges no shipping fees.
Shipping, delivery times and courier terms for physical products that creators list on their bio pages are entirely the responsibility of the selling creator.
3. Access Period
Monthly plans give 30 days of access; annual plans give 13 months (12 months + 1 bonus month). When the period ends, the account moves to the free plan automatically; your data is kept.
